Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
