30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories and components.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the damaged or defective item.
• A brief description of the issue.

We'll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, you may return your lamp within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects.
• Items returned without original packaging.
• Gift cards (if applicable).
• Clearance or final sale items.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll gladly replace it. Contact our support team, and we'll help arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
